'Mini crimewave' in Nottinghamshire town

Police in Eastwood have reported a mini crimewave which took place in the town earlier this week. Nine crimes in Knapp Avenue, Bishop Street, Sherwood Rise, Linwood Crescent, Seymour Road, Norman Drive, Manor Road, and Addison Villas were reported to officers, all on Monday. They included theft from a motor vehicle, burglary and criminal damage.
